I am using CCTV for for home for more than 10 years. I had bad experience with previous vendor of requesting for service very 2 months. Then I decided to go with Kim Hock after several searches in terms quality and price. Their service is excellent and cost is optimum. They did a seamless migration and it work beautifully until now. Bought an additional 5 CCTV cameras to augment the current system setup for me by my developers. The sales people were especially helpful and not pushy when it comes to their recommendations. They only recommended what they felt was appropriate and never tried to hard sell expensive equipment. Beyond that, their service was also impeccable. I had some issue with my cameras (my router’s fault) and Jay came and helped me troubleshoot it even when it was really late at night because I had to leave for a flight soon.
